At C&D Cleaning we use cutting edge technology to ensure a perfect clean regarding windows and frames. This is achieved by using purified water, free of any detergents. When pure water is used for window cleaning the impurities on the glass are held in the water, as the pure water strives to return to its impure state. The glass is then given a final rinse via the Reach and Wash System in order to leave the glass smear free and without streaks.
Our window cleaning system produces a very high level of pure water, typically from 1 to 10 ppm after the reverse osmosis purification stage (depending on the hardness of the water in your local area) and 0 ppm after the final stage which is the Dioniser. Pure water leaves your windows and frames with a level of sterility, cleanliness and shine that is unmatched by conventional methods of Window Cleaning. For those of us who are environmentally aware rest assured that the only by-product of this water fed pole system is normal water.
As the water is pure it is left to dry on the window. This differs from the old conventional methods. It produces a spot free finish without any need to wipe any contaminates. As there is no detergent residue the windows do not get as dirty as quickly and they stay cleaner......... longer.
We carry tanks that can hold hundreds of litres of purified water. This allows a number of men to work in unison and continue without stopping to achieve the high standards in window cleaning that you the customer expect. We can cater for the smallest of residential properties to large commercial and industrial buildings. No job is too small or too great for C&D Cleaning.
We have a number of different brushes from 2 jet 10 inch brushes to 4 jet 12 inch brushes. The pure water is fed to these brushes via the extending poles and allows us to conduct the cleaning from the ground. This in turn eliminates the need for any type of elevated platforms and ladders thus making the system so much safer than conventional methods.
Windows, skylights and veluxes are easily accessed. For the stubborn ground in dirt we have special scrappers designed to fit to the end of our extendable poles. These scrappers are safe and will not damage the glass in any way.
The customer can be confident that all our employees are fully trained and conversant with the use of our water fed pole systems. All employees are kept abreast of techniques that allow us to constantly improve the service we provide.
